Droitwich Host First Worcestershire U13s Tournament

Droitwich played their first Worcestershire Tournament of the Under 13s. There was five teams that took part with each game taking 15 minutes.

Droitwich played games against Bromsgrove A & B as well as Old Halesonians and Kingsheath Pickwick. Droitwich played Bromsgrove A first and narrowly lost 1-0 despite an excellent team performance in this opener

Next Droitwich played Old Halesonians who were a team made up of Taller and stronger players and they ran out 2-0 winner.

Droitwich best performance and result of the tournament was there 0-0 draw with Kings Heath Pickwick

And in Spa final game of the tournament they lost 1-0 against Bromsgrove B.

All the games were very good, and some excellent team movement. George Hutchocks played well in defence and Sam Radford playing well in the middle of the park plus debutant Matthew Whiteside in goal who played his first under 13 tournament

Next for the youngsters are some more tournaments in November
