3's out done in close battle with Stourport 5's

Mens 3's gave a strong Stourport team a good game, but again like last week failed to it count into a positive result. Both teams started well with Luke Andrews having the best chance for Droitwich. The home team however took the lead in the first half from an unusual defensive error by Droitwich. Second half saw the home team increase their lead from a penalty corner which deflected off the post and beat Droitwich keeper Marc Chorley before it was slotted home. Droitwich however hit back straight away when Kevin Mountford was sent through one on one with the keeper and lobbed it into the net. Droitwich continued to push for an equaliser, but were unthwarted by the strong Stourport defence.
