Droitwich badgers took on Worcester Potters this week on the back of two good wins. The team started where they left off and had most of the possession and moving the ball around well, Luke Smith given a number of opportunities down the wing but unable to pick out anyone in front of goal to finish it. The defence between Olivia Walters & Ellie Taylor was keeping the home team at bay, but a chance break through ended up with Worcester taking the lead when the ball squeezed through between Droitwich keeper Tom Godwin & the post. Worcester then doubled their lead before the break from a penalty corner. Second half saw Droitwich continue with seeking a goal and they were finally rewarded when Oliver Broomfield put Luke Smith through to score and put Droitwich back in the game. The home team defended well and although Droitwich kept seeking the equaliser with Hugo Bates and Adam Such making opportunities time ran out to end Spa's winning run.
This weeks player of the match was Joey Deacon-Skeats
