Droitwich went into this match looking to improve their 6 wins and one loss record in this summer league campaign.
Droitwich started strongly defensively, as they played four at the back, with Claire Darby; Megan Wardle; Pat Hine and Karen Denby, who nullified the pace and skill of this young Malvern College side
Droitwich found it difficult to move the ball around the pitch on this hot summer evening, as Malvern College pressure began to pay off and they scored two quick goals to leave the half time score 2-0.
After the break, Spa continued to use the substitutes to ring the changes and to create more of an attacking threat, as Lucy Hine came on at centre back and pushed Claire Darby into the middle of the park to use her skill going forward along with Captain Sophie Blackmore. Droitwich continued to struggle and their woes were complete as Malvern College added a third.
Droitwich go into their next game against Stourport White next Tuesday 7pm start.
