Droitwich started this game quickly against a strong Worcester side after having the previous week fixture against Redditch called off.

Droitwich played well and kept Worcester at bay for long periods but both sides began to cancel each other out as the game became congested with the only goal scored from a Penalty Flick by Worcester player to give the win to the home side.
