You should have received via email from the club secretary inviting all members, (Seniors and Juniors, including parents).

Please make every effort to come and take the opportunity to contribute to the future of YOUR club.
NB: Non members are encouraged and welcome to attend - they will be able to raise questions but will not be eligible to vote.

Submission of Questions/ Nominees / Proxy Votes
If you have any questions, views or ideas on the way the club should be run, or have an item you wish to be added to the Agenda please let us know.

Anyone wishing to stand or nominate someone for a club position, or is not able to attend the meeting and wishes to place a proxy vote, should contact the Club Secretary by Monday 2nd June.
