Once again, COVID-19 social distancing restrictions prevent us from holding the AGM via a traditional face-to face meeting, and as per last year’s AGM, a virtual meeting is required.

You should have received via email from the club secretary all the necessary documentation and information necessary to connect to the virtual meeting.

All members, (Seniors and Juniors, including parents) are invited, however, we are mindful that not every member will be able to attend via a virtual meeting, and wish to try and ensure that all members will still have the opportunity to raise questions, nominate officials and place their votes accordingly.
NB: Non members are encouraged and welcome to attend - they will be able to raise questions but will not be eligible to vote.

Submission of Questions/ Nominees / Proxy Votes
If you have any questions, views or ideas on the way the club should be run, concerns about using ‘Zoom’ video conferencing for the meeting, or have an item you wish to be added to the Agenda please let us know.

Anyone wishing to stand or nominate someone for a club position, or is not able to attend the meeting and wishes to place a proxy vote, should contact the Club Secretary by Tuesday 18th May.
